In-stock samples usually ship within 2 business days. Customized samples normally take 7-20 working days depending on artwork, material changes, tooling, and functional testing requirements.
What are your payment terms?
Standard terms are T/T 30% deposit and 70% before shipment. Other payment options can be reviewed by buyer profile and order value.
Do you offer free samples?
Sample policy depends on SKU and buyer profile. Some standard samples can be credited against a bulk order, while courier fees are usually paid by the buyer or shipped on the buyer's courier account.
What shipping methods do you use?
We support FCL and LCL sea freight, air freight, express courier for samples, China-Europe rail for selected routes, and DDP options for many US, EU, UK, and AU orders.
What is your typical lead time?
In-stock orders may require 7-15 days before shipment. Standard OEM/ODM production is commonly 30-45 days after deposit, artwork approval, and sample confirmation. Smart or electronic OEM projects can require 45-60 days.

Yes. QC documentation can include IQC raw material checks, IPQC in-process inspection, FQC final inspection, OQC pre-shipment checks, photos, videos, and third-party inspection coordination.
